Jacob and his associates were easy to get ahold of and very professional and attentive. My estimate from iShine was a substantially better value than the other three quotes I received. After looking over my house they told me that it would probably be best to also clean my roof (which was absolutely necessary, clear to the naked eye) but weren't pushy about it. Simply gave me the pros and cons and left it up to me. I took them up on it, in addition to adding the concrete around the front of my house to the list, and I couldn't be more glad! The house looks so nice!
Jacob is wonderful to work with. iShine washed our roof and cleaned our gutters - the ugly streaks on the roof are completely gone and it has never looked better! Brand new! The job was performed with high quality and personal attention - before and after photos were taken as well. Highly recommend!

iShine Cincy took care of cleaning the outside of my house a couple of weeks ago (I’m late to review). They did a great job. Jacob and his crew were great. They arrived on time and went to work. the end product was outstanding. i thought i need to get my house painted but all it needed was cleaned. The concrete, house, gutters and composite deck look like new. i would highly recommend this company.
