Jacob and his associates were easy to get ahold of and very professional and attentive. My estimate from iShine was a substantially better value than the other three quotes I received. After looking over my house they told me that it would probably be best to also clean my roof (which was absolutely necessary, clear to the naked eye) but weren't pushy about it. Simply gave me the pros and cons and left it up to me. I took them up on it, in addition to adding the concrete around the front of my house to the list, and I couldn't be more glad! I hired iShine as a subcontractor for a very large post-construction cleaning (PCC) of a $30 million food production facility.
