Jacob and his associates were easy to get ahold of and very professional and attentive. My estimate from iShine was a substantially better value than the other three quotes I received. After looking over my house they told me that it would probably be best to also clean my roof (which was absolutely necessary, clear to the naked eye) but weren't pushy about it. Simply gave me the pros and cons and left it up to me. I took them up on it, in addition to adding the concrete around the front of my house to the list, and I couldn't be more glad! The house looks so nice!

I hired iShine as a subcontractor for a very large post-construction cleaning (PCC) of a $30 million food production facility. It was quite an atypical PCC for us so we had to get creative in our cleaning process for it. I put out a request for bids through Angie’s list (now “Angi”) and chose Jacob and another company to walk through the property with me to help make sure my ideas on how to tackle the project would work and what the costs would be for my overall bid to the construction company. While both pressure wash companies gave almost identical bids to me, the level of professionalism and approach to the complexity of this project that Jacob and his business brought made the choice crystal clear.
